Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cubely, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

We provide an independently run, privacy-focused email suite hosted under the cubely.me domain network. This service includes a secure webmail interface, standard client access protocols (including IMAP, POP3, and SMTP), integration capabilities for contacts and calendars (such as CardDAV and CalDAV), basic chat via XMPP, and network file storage access (via FTP, FTPS, or SFTP protocols). Supported protocols and secondary features may change or be adjusted based on network optimization and security requirements.

Service Availability

While we strive to keep our mail routing infrastructure fast, secure, and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent uptime. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for infrastructure maintenance, software updates, or other critical operational needs.

Access Requests & User Mailboxes

Access to Cubely is granted at our sole discretion through an invite-only application process. You agree to provide accurate information during the registration request, including a valid and secure backup contact email address.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access your mailbox and for any activities or transmission actions that occur under your account handle. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use or security breach of your mailbox.

Acceptable Use and Restrictions

Your mailbox is provided for personal or standard professional communications. To protect our domain sending reputation and comply fully with our upstream hosting provider's terms of service, you strictly agree not to use the service to:

• Send outbound marketing material, newsletters, or promotional campaigns
• Transmit bulk unsolicited emails, bulk notifications, or automated spam
• Engage in malicious activities, phishing attempts, or transmit harmful software code
• Share or lease your account credentials or mailbox access to unauthorized individuals
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws and communications regulations

Intellectual Property

The Cubely platform identity, branding assets, custom web domain, and infrastructure layout are the exclusive property of Cubely. SmarterMail and associated integration protocols are the properties of their respective developers and providers.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the platform administrator, hosting partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of data, business disruption, loss of messages, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the email service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your mailbox immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any part of these Terms-specifically including our anti-marketing and anti-spam guidelines. Upon termination, your account will be deleted and your access to the email infrastructure will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to adapt to new hosting requirements or operational rules. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with a revised "Updated" timestamp. Continued use of your mailbox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
