SmarterMail is an enterprise-grade mail suite that matches Outlook and Exchange feature-for-feature (including shared calendars, tasks, and notes) while respecting your privacy. It gives the community a premium, feature-rich webmail interface without big-tech data tracking, while natively supporting advanced protocols like POP3, IMAP, CalDAV/CardDAV, XMPP, and secure FTP data transfer.

No, external custom domains cannot be linked directly by users, and all mailboxes are natively owned and hosted under cubely.me. However, I plan to support domain aliases in the future, which will be managed on my end to let you receive mail from alternative domains.

No special app is required. You can use the mobile-friendly webmail portal, or natively sync Cubely with Apple Mail, Outlook, or any mail app using standard IMAP. For push delivery on mobile, Cubely supports Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) powered by Z-Push, though please note that only emails are currently synced using EAS.

I am committed to doing my absolute best to keep Cubely running smoothly for the foreseeable future. If circumstances ever change or events occur outside of my control that impact the service, I promise to be completely upfront and transparent with you. As long as the platform is active and you abide by basic network guidelines, including a strict rule against sending outbound marketing or spam emails to comply with hosting provider terms, your mailbox is yours to use.

Your data is strictly yours. I do not scan your emails, serve ads, or track your activity. Currently, the platform's hosting, domain maintenance, and administrative costs are completely self-funded on my end to keep the space free for members. In the future, I may introduce voluntary community support options for those who wish to upgrade their storage or help sustain the project.
